Since picking up the cello at age seven, music has been one of the most steady threads in my life. Playing in symphony orchestras, chamber ensembles, and as a soloist has given me more than just performances. In fact, it has connected me with friends across continents, brought us together on stage, and created moments that felt unforgettable for us and for the people listening.

Sports have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have thrown myself into all kinds of activities over the years — soccer, badminton, tennis, table tennis, even sailing. These days, though, long‑distance running is where I put most of my energy. I love lining up for races across Germany, Europe and Asia, pushing myself a little further each time. Running keeps me sharp, helps me break through challenges, and reminds me that I can always grow beyond what I thought were my limits.
